Old Music? Good Shtuff.

Well, I just recently started breaking out the old Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra CD's, and I forgot how much I loved them. Dean Martin's voice really showed me my a lot of my childhood over again. My grandmother first showed me the song, "Everybody Loves Somebody Sometime" and that's where my love for The Rat Pack began. About a year or two ago, my Uncle Bruce gave me a CD from the Rat Pack. I discovered that Sammy Davis Jr. is not particularly one of my favorite singers, but I do love Frank and Dean's singing more than anything!
On another note, I've started learning that new song by Jason Mraz and I think I have it down pat! I can't wait until I actually play it for someone for them to consult me with it. I looove getting input from people about my playing soooo anytime you wanna hear, let me know and I'll play. Also, I think I'm getting a cold :S Screw getting sick.

This is a pretty funny video :)

Dogs love bacon? I think so. My friend from Ellsworth told me to watch this, and I watched it about 6 times just because of how funny it was. The guy that's actually commentating is talking for the dog too, just so you know. Dogs sure can talk pretty good ;)

Upon watching this video, I can't stop thinking about what dogs really think when you tease them! I even tried putting myself into the dogs shoes (or paws), and it was quite impossible to be quite honest. I do love this video though. Still watching it...

APOCALYPTIC LOVE

I GOT THE SLASH AND MYLES KENNEDY ALBUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Man oh man oh man. I haven't been this happy in quite a long time. The songs are so magical that they melt my ears :3

Enough. I've over-written about it lately. Other than that, I'm starting to think hard about my life choice towards careers. I'm really scared when it comes to this sort of thing, mostly because I think I'm scared to grow up. I know it sounds childish, but I think it's true. I'm really looking towards MMA for vessel operations, or even Farmington to do something with Psychology. I've started to put things into perspective, and they're really becoming clearer. I want to do something where I am around people, but I want to be able to sing at some point. So, I know there is an opportunity that I could go to an NYU camp next summer, and that would just be amazing. It's all just acting and dancing, and all the things I love. There aren't many jobs for that out there though, that's the only problem. My dream job would most likely be to be an actor, or a singer for a band. But, dreams are dreams for a reason. I guess someday we'll all see!

Dreeeeams

So, Mrs. Morrison is trying to decide our final currently. Mrehmreh. I hate finals. What good do they honestly even do? It's just another grade that can truly screw us over, HARDCORE. But, I don't like them by any means at all. Another thing. The new Slash and Myles album cane out today, and I'm headed to BullMoose to go get it tonight. Can anyone say excited? I love it! I can't wait until it's finally in my hands >:) Last topic of the day. I think I enjoy singing a loooot. I wanna do something in life that can let me sing. I'm also considering this summer camp in new York next summer that's all about acting and singing. I hope someday my dream cones true. Oh well... :(

Thoughts

So, Kelleigh Riddle is a girl in my English class. She's graduating soon and I don't want her to hate me when she leaves. Any tips ladies? :P So, more thoughts. I'm trying to write a song for Megan when she has her graduation party. Kinda tough cause I don't know how to write songs that aren't love songs, and I'm not trying to seduce her obviously. So, Im having a hard time with that. More thoughts you say? How so?! Tomorrow the new Slash and Myles Kennedy album comes out, and I'm very excited for. That's probably all I'll listen to for months upon months. They're going to make me so very happy forever and ever :-) Last thought of the day. Also, we had prom over the weekend. I don't think I've ever had so much fun in quite a long time. Madison was the most beautiful girl there, and I was so excited to be her date. :-) I love herrr!!!

AP TEST??? Hell Naw

I just got home from taking my AP test, and it sucked. HARD. But, thanks to Mikey and Mitchell, I had a great time laughing it all off. Enough with all of that crap. Blehhh.
Well, now that I'm home, it's about time to start the blogging.

I just turned on a little Alice in Chains to get the creative juices flowing.

Prom is coming up! That oughta be interesting anyways. Something new to do :P I'm not really into all that sorta thing, but of course I would do just about anything for Miss Madi P. Of course, prom is on that list. Well, I feel like we have quite the adventure ahead of us. Wish me luck!

MOOZIK

So, this is a point in time where I am really starting to like singing and playing music. I've learned quite a few songs on my own. Mostly rock songs, but I'm very open ended when it comes to this sort of thing. I would like all your input telling me songs I should learn to sing and play. Mostly just to get me through the night and taking a little time out of the day. So, just throw me a few ideas, and I would like to learn to play them. Thank you for the help!

Watch For Giggles :)

This is a video of me and the guys. Mostly a funny video of Justin McDermott being himself.
The first video is of us at the dunes out on the river road, and Justin was being a pirate.
The second one is of him in Dylan's room, with a lighter.
The last one is of him is his driveway dancing :)
Enjoy!

So... The difference between writing online and in person can be a lot different. It's much easier for somebody to choose to read something that to make someone read in front of everybody. Comments online seem easier as well. If you read something that somebody wrote, it can be brutally honest, but easier to cope with at the same time because you don't have to see somebody face to face. That's more of a preference choice though (I prefer to have it face to face). It's basically easier online when somebody doesn't take criticism well.
When prompts come into the mix, I prefer to free write. Free writing can make me let loose at points and then just vent my feelings out. It all makes it easier for me because I can talk about everything in my head as well as all the things I see and feel around me. I can even talk about my grandfather, whereas it's hard to talk about him in person. It just chokes me up a little. Oh well :S
But, I do like what Mrs. Morrison gives us, and I probably will continue to stray from the prompts as much as possible, while making a point at the same time.

Let me play my music, Morrison!

Well, this time I'm posting from my iPod. Mrs. Morrison is putting a damper on my music. She doesn't want me to play, and I'm starting to get riled up. I want to play some outloud by dispatch, but Mrs. Morrison is destroying the vibe. I'm getting very upset. The song is soooooo happy :-)

What is this crap?

So, I just got off of work, and there were three people that really stuck out to me. First off, there was the pear lady. She had gotten a bag of three pears which is about $1.58. I had typed in the wrong code, so it was ten cents more expensive per pound. Instead of $1.58, it was $1.64. She threw a big fit afterwards and wouldn't stop badgering me about it. I couldn't believe someone would have the nerve to bother the crap out of me for six cents. SIX CENTS. Are you kidding me? That's crap.
The second lady was towards the end of my shift. She somehow got on the topic of our government and apparently how we aren't citizens, but we're just consumers. I then gave her a coupon and said, "Well, now you can consume for a lower price!" She laughed a little but gave me a dirty look. I can't believe someone would just go insane over a little "giggle tee-hee" moment. MY GOD. These people.
The last man made me laugh my butt off. He bout a big bag of cat food, probably 15 or so pounds. Right when he walks out of the store and into the parking lot, there was a distinction of a, "JESUS KUH-RIST ALMIGHTY!" He comes back in with a bag of empty cat food missing one end. His exact words were, "Jeezum bud, mah cat food done and ripped on me. Can I get new one? Them little kitties are gonna get feisty if they ain't got no nibbles." My word. I couldn't stop laughing. Oh, how I love people at the grocery store.

Get Me A Little Love In Here!

The "Off The Top Of My Head" Love Poem
So my darling, I've missed you so.
When you're not here, my blood doesn't flow.
Through my body that is, not that dirty place.
My heart just starts racing when I see your face.
You've been with me now, and through thick and thin.
I hope we're together, forever in sin ;)

I love you Madison :)
